The agenda for a meeting is usually issued 6 days prior to the meeting taking place and is a copy of the summons issued to Members of the Council a copy of which is also posted on all Parish Council notice boards
At this stage accompanying reports and correspondence which are sent to Members are not attached however residents may obtain further information concerning any specific agenda item by contacting the Clerk
