Parish Communications
The Parish Council wish to extend as far as possible communications in and around the parish and they have therefore over recent years installed notice boards at the following locations:
OUTSIDE NEWSAGENTS ON LIVERPOOL RD ALMOST OPPOSITE THE ANCHOR PUBLIC HOUSE.
OUTSIDE THE SHOP AREA NEXT TO THE VILLAGE STORE NEAR TO THE VILLAGE HALL
OUTSIDE THE TENNIS CLUB BLACKHURST AVE OFF LINDLE LANE
The Clerks Report completed prior to Council meetings provides up dates on items which do not need a formal agenda item for information purposes.
Agenda and minutes of the previous meeting are exhibited on the notice boards a few days before each Council meeting together with the latest Clerks report and minutes of previous meetings are also available at Longton library.
The Parish Council issue a quarterly NEWSLETTER recent copies of which can be accessed from the menu to the left hand side of this page. The Newsletter is delivered to all residents and contains items of information, items of interest and often the details of processes to be followed to report local service issues ( more information on these procedures can be obtained using the link to the right hand side of this page) |
